QUALITY AUDITING

Quality Assurance & Control Procedures

Engineering structural integrity requires strict laboratory validation, pressure testing, and continuous materials tracking.

Our civil materials (concrete mix, structural Fe-550 rebars, backfill sands) undergo mechanical verification in NABL-accredited test facilities. For pipeline installations, we perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including ultrasonic grid scans and radiography testing (RT) of carbon steel joints, before pipeline pressurization. Concrete integrity is verified through standard cube compressive crush strength tests (at 7 and 28-day intervals) matching Ambika standards.
